摘 要:薄玻璃在生产中需要把玻璃带切割成不同板宽规格的玻璃板,以供后续的运输、入库和使用,现阶段薄玻璃切割分片,是先对玻璃带进行纵向切割,使其分割成左、右两部分,然后对左、右两部分的玻璃板进行横向掰断,传统的横向掰断辊装置只能对左右两片玻璃板同时进行横向掰断,无法实现对一侧的薄玻璃进行独立的掰断操作,从而严重制约了优质薄玻璃板的生产,并对优质薄玻璃板的成品率产生了严重影响。为了解决以上问题及缺点,全新设计了一种薄玻璃的偏分式横向掰断辊装置。During the production, glass ribbon is needed to be cut into glass plate with different specifications for subsequent transportation, storage and use. At present stage, thin glass cutting is that of glass ribbon being cutting longi- tudinally into left and right parts of which the glass plates can be snapped laterally later on. The traditional lateral snapper device can only laterally cut the left and right glass plate spontaneously without achieving the independent snapping operation for one side of thin glass as to seriously restrict the production of high quality thin glass plates and affect rate of finished products. In order to solve the above problems and shortcomings, a kind of partial lateral snapping-device is newly designed for thin glass.
