摘 要:针对摩擦耗能自复位结构,采用非石棉有机物(NAO)作为摩擦材料,设计了一种新型摩擦耗能器,开展了不同加载制度、加载速率和螺栓扭矩工况下的低周反复试验,并与基于传统摩擦材料黄铜的耗能器进行了对比试验.结果表明,在常幅加载下NAO耗能器和黄铜耗能器的耗能性能均未出现减小,但NAO耗能器在滑动过程中的噪声明显小于黄铜,摩擦力抖动幅度分别约为2%和28%.随着加载速率的增加,黄铜耗能器摩擦力上下限平均值的差值与下限平均值的比值从28.2%减小到19.5%,而NAO耗能器的摩擦力则较为稳定.随着螺栓扭矩的增大,NAO耗能器的平均摩擦力增大约71.8%,而采用黄铜时仅增大约37.1%.因此,与黄铜耗能器相比,NAO耗能器具有更好的耗能能力、舒适度和稳定性.As for the frictional energy dissipating self-centering structures,a novel frictional energy dissipating device( FED) using non-asbestos organic( NAO) as frictional material was developed.The static cyclic tests with different loading systems,loading rates and bolt torques on the FED were carried out,and the comparison experiments with the FED based on traditional friction material brass were conducted. The results showthat the energy dissipation of the FED based on NAO and the one based on brass does not decrease under constant amplitude loading,but the noise of the former is obviously smaller during the frictional process. The friction fluctuation ratio of the FED based on NAO and the one based on brass are about 2% and 28%,respectively. With the increase of the loading rate,as for the FED based on brass,the ratio of the difference between the average upper and the average lower limit values of the friction force to the average lower limit value decreases from28. 2% to 19. 5%,while the friction force of the FED based on NAO keeps stable. With the increase of the bolt torque,the average friction force of the FED based on NAO increases by about71. 8% while that of the FED based on brass only about 37. 1%. Therefore,compared with the FED based on brass,the FED based on NAO exhibits higher energy dissipating capacity,comfort and stability.
