摘  要:研究了对硝基重氮氨基偶氮苯与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应,实验表明,在辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)微乳液存在下,于pH9.0的硼砂一盐酸缓冲溶液中,铜(Ⅱ)与该试剂形成稳定的深红色配合物,最大吸收波长位于513nm处,铜(Ⅱ)在0~0.4μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,线性方程为A=0.0083+0.1009C,相关系数0.9996,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.64×10^5L/(mol·cm)。方法用于大米中痕量铜的测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~2.1%,加标回收率为97%103%,测得结果与原子吸收光谱法相符合。The colour reaction of p-nitrodiazoaminoazabenzene with trace copper( Ⅱ ) has been studied. In the presence of OP-10 microemulsion and in borax-HClbuffer at pH 9.0, copper( Ⅱ) reacts with p-nitrodiazoaminoazabenzene to form a stable red complex. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 513 nm. Beer's law is obeyed for 0~0.4 μg/mL. The absorptivity was A=0.008 3+0.100 9 C, with correlation coemcient oof 0.9996. And apparent molar absorptivity fs 1.64×10^5L/(mol·cm). The method has been applied to the determination of copper (Ⅱ) in rice sample with RSD of 1.4%~2.1% and recovery of 97%~ 103%, values of copper(Ⅱ) contents found were checked quite well with the results found by AAS.
