摘　　要：城市管网是城市正常运转的生命线和基础设施，本文分析了“数字管网”建设现状和存在问题，综合应用GIS、数字仓库、网络通信、云计算等信息技术，设计了集云平台、数据管理系统、管线信息采集和监控网络系统等一体化的智慧管网系统。通过智慧管网系统建设，能够全面提高政府信息共享能力和智能化管理水平，并为城市管网智慧管理与应用提供理论参考。As an important infrastructure, the pipeline network plays a key role in the normal operation of a city. In this paper, the present situation and existing problems of digital pipeline network are analyzed, and an integrated intelligent pipeline network system that combining cloud platform, data management system, pipeline information collection and monitoring network system is designed on the basis of a comprehensive application of information technologies such as GIS, data warehouse, network cornmunication, cloud computing and so on. Through the intelligent pipeline network system construction, the information sharing ability and intelligent management level of the government can be improved, and some theoretical reference will be provided for the intelligent management and application of city pipeline network.
