左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统和复方口服避孕药用于卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者复发后的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统和复方口服避孕药在卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年4月~2016年6月收治的86例卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,各43例。参照组采用复方口服避孕药治疗,研究组采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的卵巢异位囊肿体积、血清CA125水平显著小于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组治疗后的痛经VAS评分、慢性盆腔痛VAS评分显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组的总有效率为93.02%,显著高于参照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统在卵巢子宫内膜异位症复发治疗方面的应用价值明显优于复方口服避孕药,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system（LNG-IUS） and compound oral contraceptive（COC） in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis recurrence.Methods 86 patients with ovarian endometriosis recurrence in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the research group and the control group according to random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given COC therapy,the research group was given LNG-IUS treatment.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.Results The volume of ectopic cyst of ovary and the level of serum CA125 after treatment in the research group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The VAS score of dysmenorrhea and chronic pelvic pain after treatment in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate in the research group was 93.02%,which was higher than 74.42% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application value of LNG-IUS in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis recurrence is better than that of COC,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
