黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷片对Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的治疗价值分析

摘　　要：目的探析黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷片治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床应用价值。方法选取本院2014年7月~2015年7月收治的96例Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者为本次研究对象,将其分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组43例,采用黄葵胶囊治疗,观察组53例,采用黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷片治疗。检测比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月、治疗后3个月的24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、三酰甘油、血清肌酐水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后,大部分患者肝肾功能有所改善,血蛋白有所升高,血脂有所下降,且在同一时间对比上,观察组患者明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。两组未出现严重不良反应。结论黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷片可显著提高Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of Huangkui capsule combined with Tripterygium glucoside tablets in the treatment of stage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 96 patients with stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy in the hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and the control group,43 cases in the control group,with Huangkui capsule in the treatment,observation group（53cases） with Huang Kui capsule combined with Tripterygium wilfordii multi glycoside tablet in the treatment.The 24 h urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,triglyceride,serum creatinine level of the two groups before and after treatment one month after treatment,two months after treatment,three months were detected and compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.After treatment,most patients with liver and renal function improved,blood protein increased,the levels declined and at the same time contrast observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Huangkui capsule and Tripterygium glycosides tablet can significantly improve the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathyⅣ and can be popularized in clinical treatment.
