摘　　要：目的探讨奥瑞姆（Orem）自护模式在自然阴道分娩产妇产后自护能力中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年7月我院产科收治的162例经阴道分娩的产妇患者,对照组80例采用传统常规护理模式进行护理,观察组82例应用Orem自护模式进行指导护理,根据产妇产后不同阶段提供相对应的护理,采用自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）比较两组护理效果,并采用调查问卷的方式评估护理效果满意度。结果观察组自我护理能力和SCL-90评分均优于对照组,产妇对护理工作满意度（96.34%）明显高于对照组（72.50%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用Orem自护模式可提高阴道分娩产妇产后自我护理能力,改善患者生存质量,有助于构建和谐护患关系,提高产妇护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of Orem self-care mode in postpartum self-care ability after spontaneous vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 162 cases of parturient women after vaginal delivery in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group（80 cases） were received traditional routine nursing care and the observation group（82 cases） were used Orem self-care mode for nursing instruction.The corresponding nursing was provided according to different postpartum stages.The exercise of self-care agency（ESCA） and symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90） were used to compare the nursing effect between the two groups.The questionnaire method was used to evaluate the satisfaction degree of nursing effect.Results The self-care ability and SCL-90 score of the observation group were better than than those of control group.The satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group（96.34%） was significantly higher than that of control group（72.50%）,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Orem self-care mode can improve the self-care ability of parturient women after spontaneous vaginal delivery,improve their quality of life,help to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and increase their satisfaction degree of nursing effect.
