摘 要:齿轮传动装置因具有结构简单、紧凑,传动比准确等独特的结构优势和传动优势而应用广泛于许多机器中。由于齿轮在工作过程中齿轮的失效主要发生在轮齿部位,结合齿轮在负载状态下的几种常见失效形式及其机理分析,提出了相应的齿轮轮齿失效的预防措施,分别从齿轮的设计、加工、使用和维护等方面尽量延缓轮齿的失效;对已经发生失效的齿轮总结了几种行之有效的故障诊断方法,分别通过时频分析法、解调分析法、统计分析法、多传感器数据融合法以及智能诊断法从复杂的振动信号中提取和分离与齿轮故障特征有关的微弱信号以实现齿轮和齿轮传动系统的故障诊断。The gear transmission device has the advantages of simple structure,compact structure,accurate transmission ratio and so on. It is widely used in many machines. Due to failure of gears in the working process mainly occurred in the tooth position,combined with several in the load condition of gear common failure forms and mechanism analysis,firstly put forward the corresponding gear failure prevention measures,respectively from aspects of gear design,processing,use and maintenance to delay gear failure,then summary the fault diagnosis of several effective methods have taken place on the failure of the gear,respectively by means of time-frequency analysis method,demodulation analysis method,statistical analysis method,multi-sensor data extraction and separation of weak signals related to gear fault features from complex vibration signals to realize the fault diagnosis of gear and gear transmission system integration and intelligent diagnosis method method.
