摘　　要：世界卫生组织颁布骨质疏松症诊断标准已有20余年。自1994标准颁布至今,有关该标准临床和流行病学的应用报道及问题不断增多,笔者认为有必要对标准中的内容和应用出现的相关问题进行阐述。The World Health Organization（ WHO） has published diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis for more than 20 years. Some new information since 1994,however,has modified the criteria for its application in clinical and epidemiologic study. Authors think that a number of problems need to be addressed. Therefore,the article summarizes all related issues in the criteria of osteoporosis respectively.
