摘　　要：相对而言,监狱史研究是一个较为冷僻而特殊的领域,但自晚清以来,经过众多研究者的努力,仍然取得了较多的研究成果。拟对晚近以来海内外研究中国监狱史的著述进行相应的梳理和述评,并就现有研究中所存在的不足以及未来的研究趋向,提出几点个人的意见和建议,期望能有助于中国监狱史研究的深入和拓展。Although the research of prison history of China is often considered as an obscure and special research field, a large amount of relative papers and monographs have been achieved by scholars at home and abroad since the late Qing Dyna- sty. This paper intends to make a review of these achievements and put forward some proposals to contribute to the study on prison in China.
