摘　　要：本文以电视台信息安全为主题,自内外部环境导出需求,针对该领域九个关键问题展开分析,通过分享北京电视台近年来的实践经验和工作成果,总结出摆正定位、明确原则、选择策略的应对思路,理论研究、系统建设、运维作业三位一体的推进模式,以及体系化、数据化、服务化的工作方针,用以创建信息安全运行环境,为行业信息化进程以及媒体融合发展提供网络空间层面的安全保障。The theme of this paper is information security of TV stations. The demand is derived from internal and external environment.According to the analysis of nine key problems in this field and sharing practical experience and work achievement on Beijing TV Station in recent years ,we have summed up the thinking of correct positioning, clear principles and selection strategy, the trinity propulsion mode of theoretical research, system construction and operational work, and the principle of systematization, defamation and servitization. In this way, we can create a running environment to provide the guarantee of information security in cyberspace level for industry informationization process and media integration development.
