摘　　要：在全台网架构下,节目制播流程发生了革命性的变化,对于一个频道而言,适应全台节目制播流程,优化和规范频道的节目制播流程显得尤为重要。本文首先阐述了节目制播流程的总体业务流程,然后论述了业务系统间元数据与媒体数据的互联互通,并分别对频道节目传备播、新闻条目送演播共享系统在线播出及回传流程和节目归档流程进行描述。对业务流程的操作规范、图形化监控、参与人员任务分工进行论述。In a TV station network architecture, production and broadcasting processes underwent revolutionary change. For our channel, channel＇s production and broadcasting processes＇ optimization specification are very important. This article expounds program overall business process, then discusses interconnection between metadata and media data among business system. Also it describes preparation broadcast, online broadcast, return transmission and archiving. Finally, it discusses operation specification, graphical monitoring and personnel＇s task division.
