BAX实时荧光定量PCR法快速检测水产品中副溶血性弧菌

摘　　要：目的比较杜邦BAX System Q7全自动病原菌检测系统(BAX系统)和传统国家标准法(GB)检测生食水产品中副溶血性弧菌的效果,为快速而准确检测副溶血性弧菌提供依据。方法采用BAX系统检测84份水产品中的副溶血性弧菌,同时进行GB法检测。结果 2种检测方法的检测结果基本一致,副溶血性弧菌的检测符合率为100%。传统细菌培养法检出18株副溶血性弧菌,阳性率为21.43%,BAX实时荧光定量PCR法检出20株副溶血性弧菌,阳性率为23.81%。经统计学分析,2种检测方法差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.86,P>0.05)。结论 BAX System Q7全自动病原菌检测系统对副溶血性弧菌的鉴定准确、快速、简单,适用于食品及应对突发事件中副溶血性弧菌的快速筛检。Objective To compare the detection effect of Vibrio parahemolyticus with Dupont BAX Q7 automatic pathogen detection system（ BAX system） and traditional national standard method（ GB）,so as to provide basis for detecting Vibrio parahemolyticus rapidly and accurately. Methods Using the full automatic BAX pathogenic bacteria detection system（ BAX system）to detect Vibrio parahemolyticus in 84 aquatic products,and then detected with the traditional national standard method（ GB）.Results The detection results of the two methods were consistent,and the detection coincidence rate of Vibrio parahemolyticus was 100%. 18 strains of Vibrio parahemolyticus were detected by the traditional bacterial culture method,with the positive rate of 21. 43%; 20 strains of Vibrio parahemolyticus were detected with BAX real-time PCR,with the positive rate of 23. 81%.There was no statistical significance on the difference between with the two detection methods（ χ^2= 0. 86,P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Automatic Bax detection system for the identification of Vivrio parahemolyticus is accurate,rapid and simple,and it is suitable for the rapid screening of Vibrio in food and emergency response.
