摘  要:目的评价不同系统上检测的β-HCG结果的一致性。方法取在韩国i-CHROMA^(TM)Reader上检测0 m IU/ml^50 000 m IU/ml的β-HCG样本250例,根据浓度不同分为5组,并同步在美国Beckman Coulter Unicel~Dx I 800化学发光免疫分析仪检测,对两者检测的结果进行相关性和临床应用分析。结果对测试数据的相关性分析表明,2台仪器检测的数据总体具有良好的相关性(r=0.976 5),各组也具有良好的相关性,且浓度越低相关性越佳。结论 2种不同检测系统测定β-HCG的结果具有较好的一致性和可比性。Objective To evaluate the consistency of the beta-human chorionic gonadotropin( β-HCG) results on different systems. Methods 250 β-HCG samples with concentration in 0 m IU / ml-50 000 m IU / ml were detected by i-CHROMATM Reader from the South Korea,and divided into five groups according to the different concentrations. They were also detected with the Beckman Coulter Unicel  Dx I 800 chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The correlation and clinical application for the two detection results were analyzed. Results Correlation analysis of the detection data showed that the data of the two instruments had a good correlation( r = 0. 976 5). Each group also had a good correlation,and the lower the concentration was,the better the correlation was. Conclusion The results of the 2 different detection systems for the determination of β-HCG have good consistency and comparability.
