摘 要:目的调查江苏省镇江地区公共场所集中空调嗜肺军团菌的污染状况。方法采集2012年-2015年镇江市区及辖市区26家公共场所集中空调的冷却塔水,进行分离培养、实时荧光PCR试验、生化鉴定以及血清学分型。结果共采集54份样品,嗜肺军团菌的平均检出率为24.07%。不同年份嗜肺军团菌的检出率在10.00%~40.00%,其中2015年检出率最高,为40.00%;不同公共场所嗜肺军团菌的检出率在15.00%~46.67%,其中医疗机构的检出率最高,为46.67%。从血清型分布来看,以Lp7为主,占61.54%,其次为Lp1,占38.46%。结论镇江地区公共场所集中空调系统存在嗜肺军团菌污染,医疗机构检出率较高,应加强监测力度,制定定期清洗和消毒计划,防止人群感染。Objective To investigate the pollution status of Legionella pneumophila( Lp) in central air conditioning systems in public buildings in Zhenjiang area,Jiangsu. Methods Central air conditioning cooling tower water from 26 public places in Zhenjiang and it's jurisdiction was collected for isolation,culture,real-time fluorescence PCR test,biochemical identification and serological typing during 2012-2015. Results A total of 54 samples were collected,and the average detection rate of Lp was 24. 07%. In different years,the detection rate of Lp was within 10. 00%-40. 00%,which reached to the highest in 2015( 40. 00%); that was within 15. 00%-46. 67% in different public places,and the highest detection rate was obtained in medical institutions( 46. 67%). From the serotype distribution,Lp7 was the main type,accounted for 61. 54%,followed by Lp1,accounted for 38. 46%. Conclusion Legionella pneumophila contamination exists in the central air conditioning systems of public places in Zhenjiang,and detection rate in medical institutions was higher,so we should strengthen monitoring efforts and set up regular cleaning and disinfection program to prevent human infection.
