摘　　要：随着电动汽车行业的迅猛发展,电动车辆的高压安全逐渐引起了人们的高度关注。所述高压配电箱通用检测控制模块具有监测高压配电箱内接触器和熔断器的好坏,检测高压系统总电压和正负母线对地的绝缘电阻,判断高压绝缘安全性能,并通过CAN总线与外部控制单元进行通讯,完成对接触器的通断控制和故障报警等功能。通过实际应用,采用本模块监测高压配电箱的工作状态和整车系统的绝缘性能,为车辆高压配电提供安全预警的同时,节省了配电箱外接触器的控制线束,提高了信号可靠性。In this paper,it is explained in details about the function of the high-voltage distribution box,include detecting and controlling the on state or off state of the contactors and fuses,checking the high-voltage and insulation detection re- sistance,estimating the security of the insulation state,and communication using the CAN bus.
