摘　　要：主要针对烧结点火炉燃烧控制系统进行设计,利用煤气流量控制和温度、空煤比例串级控制两种方式,通过对煤气调节阀和空气调节阀的开度自动调节,实现对点火温度的优化控制,保证混合料的烧结质量。This paper mainly for sintering ignition furnace combustion control system design,and uses gas flow control and temperature,air coal ratio cascade control in two ways,by the gas regulating valve and an air control valve opening degree of automatic adjustment,on the ignition temperature optimal control to ensure quality of sintering mixture mixed.
