摘 要:[目的]研究垃圾发电项目的大气污染特征及其对大气环境质量的影响。[方法]以江苏省张家港市某垃圾发电项目为案例,在分析其工艺流程、排污环节和前期污染的基础上,采用AERMOD模型定量模拟评价该垃圾发电项目对区域大气环境质量的影响程度。[结果]SO_2、NO_2、HCl、HF、H_2S和NH_3的小时平均最大落地浓度分别为7.84、16.53、0.16、0.17、21.23和3.61μg/m^3;PM_(10)、SO_2、NO_2、HCl和HF污染物日均最大落地浓度分别为6.52、0.11、2.84、0.28和0.30μg/m^3,相应占标率分别为4.35%、0.07%、3.54%、0.19%和0.43%;PM_(10)、SO_2和NO_2年平均最大落地浓度分别为0.78、0.21和0.44μg/m^3,占标率分别为1.12%、0.35%和1.10%。[结论]该项目总排放的各污染物对区域年均浓度最大贡献值均可达标。[Objective]To research the characteristics of atmospheric pollution in Waste Incineration Power Project, and its effects on atmos-pheric environment quality.[ Method] With a certain waste incineration power project in Zhangjiagang City of Jiangsu Province as the case, the technological process, the pollutant sources and previous contamination were analyzed.Impact of the solid waste treatment project on re-gional atmospheric environmental quality was quantitatively predicted and evaluated using the AERMOD model.[ Result] The regional hourly average concentrations of SO2 , NO2 , HCl, HF, H2 S and NH3 were 7.84, 16.53 , 0.16, 0.17, 21.23 and 3.61 μg/m^3 , respectively.The regional daily average concentrations of PM10 , SO2 , NO2 , HCl and HF were 6.52, 0.11, 2.84, 0.28 and 0.30 μg/m^3;the maximum ratios to standard were 4.35%, 0.07%, 3.54%, 0.19% and 0.43%, respectively.The regional annual average concentrations of PM10 , SO2 and NO2 were 0.78, 0.21 and 0.44 μg/m^3 , while the maximum ratios to standard of regional annual average concentration were 1.12%, 0.35%and 1.10%.[ Conclusion] The pollutants emitted by the project can meet the annual standard.
