摘 要:活塞杆是往复机械核心运动部件,在大载荷气体力、往复惯性力作用下易发生疲劳断裂,进而导致活塞撞缸、压缩介质外泄、着火爆炸等恶性事故发生。活塞杆运行状态的有效监测是避免恶性故障发生的关键。本文基于在线监测系统数据提取了活塞杆轴心动态能量指数,用以评价活塞杆实际运行状态,通过实测活塞杆纵向与横向位移信号,计算活塞杆轴心运行轨迹,获得轴心在纵向与横向上的瞬时运动能量,结合常规活塞杆位移监测信号,可对典型的磨损故障、松动故障与断裂故障进行故障预警。实际故障案例数据验证了本文方法的有效性。The piston rod is the core moving part of reciprocating compressor. The large gas forces and reciprocating inertia force will cause fatigue fracture on the rod and will lead to some vicious incidents such as striking the cylinder,leakage of the compressor medium or fire explosion. Effective monitoring and fault diagnosis of piston rod working condition is the key to avoid vicious faults. This paper adopt a positive method using the axial dynamic energy index to evaluate the actual running state of the piston rod. The axis orbit, vertical and horizontal instantaneous motion energy of the piston rod could be calculated by vertical and horizontal displacement signal. Combined with typical monitoring parameters of piston rod displacement, the monitoring system can realize early warming of typical wear fault,looseness fault and fracture fault which is verified by the actual fault data.
