摘 要:电能计量装置运行状态直接关系到用户电能交易的准确性,对电能计量装置的运行状态评估显得尤为重要。本文针对现行计量装置状态评估指标的不确定性和各评估方法结果的不一致性,提出基于数据集成技术、可视化技术、组件技术、Web Service技术和面向对象的SOA架构的综合集成技术,将电能计量装置状态评估的各类数据、评估指标体系及评估方法组件化,分别形成数据组件库、指标组件库和方法组件库,在综合集成平台环境下,动态搭建电能计量装置状态评估系统,根据不同需求改变评估指标和评估方法,实现动态评估,从而应对计量装置状态评估过程中的不确定性和结果的不一致性。the operation state of electric energy device directly affects the accuracy of the power balance, and it is very important to evaluate the operation state of the electric energy metering device.
