摘　　要：开展绿色建筑技术增量成本效益评价,有利于决策者合理选择技术方案和发展经济高效的绿色建筑。通过论述绿色建筑技术增量成本效益测算方法,构建绿色建筑技术增量经济评价指标体系模型并开展实证研究。实施结果表明,该模型可为决策者合理选择经济效益较高的绿色建筑技术方案提供直观帮助。Incremental cost benefit assessment of green building technique is advantageous for decision makers to select reasonable technical schemes and develop economic and effective green buildings. This paper discussed the incremental cost benefit assessment method of green building technique, established the incremental cost assessment model of green building technique and carried out empirical study. The study result proved that the model could directly help decision makers to selection reasonable green building technical scheme with high economic benefit.
