创意产业背景下产业建筑遗产的更新设计分析

摘　　要：通过对杭州LOFT49和凤凰国际创意产业园等案例的调研和分析研究,总结了产业建筑遗产的更新设计思路应从城市更新角度综合考虑并遵循整体性原则和生态性原则,使其更具有历史文化和生态价值。This paper analyzed the Hangzhou LOFT49 and Phoenix Creative International Industrial Park. It was concluded that renewal design concept of industrial architectural heritages shall make a comprehensive consideration of urban renewal and follow integral and ecological principles, so as to create more cultural and ecological value.
