摘　　要：水下电视系统作为人在水下的眼睛,是进行水下隐蔽工程监视、测量及深水作业必不可少的工具。本文从水下电视系统的图像处理方法和设备的设计研制方面入手,概括了国内外水下电视系统的研究现状,总结了水下电视系统的方法研究和设备研制中存在的关键科学和技术问题,提出了水下电视系统今后的研究方向。As an extended vision for humankind, underwater TV system has become an indispensible tool to salvage deep water, monitor underwater concealed works and survey underwater topography etc. This paper starts with the image processing methods and equipment production process of underwater TV system, summarizes the current research status of the underwater TV system at home and abroad, summarizes the key scientific and technical problems in research methods and equipment development of underwater TV system and puts forward the research direction of underwater TV system in the future.
