摘　　要：为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于"优化党员结构,提升党员质量"的要求,学院党委审时度势,对学生党员发展和准党员的培养工作作出了部署,对学生准党员培养提出了新的要求。财经管理系党总支在分党校特开设党课培训班,以加强对本系党员、发展对象和入党积极分子的理论指导,确保准党员的质量。To thoroughly implement the General Secretary Xi Jinping on Party members and structure optimization,to improve the quality of Party members ＂ requirements,college Party sizes up the situation,cultivation of the development of student party members and associate members made the deployment. The students Party member education put forward new requirements.General Party branch of financial management in the Party school set dangke training class,to strengthen to the Department of Party members,development object and activist of join or be admitted to the theoretical guidance,guarantee Party member ＇s quality.
