摘 要:基于综放工作面回采过程中回风巷和运输巷三角区容易产生大面积悬顶,难以垮落,存在重大隐患的情况,利用高压水致裂煤岩体理论,对综放工作面端头采取高压注水致裂顶煤进行理论分析。针对杨村矿厚煤层综放工作面端头大面积悬顶问题,工作面端头采取高压注水、拆除锚杆及锚索紧固件和支架降低初撑力的方法,有效解决了端头大面积悬顶问题,提高了煤炭回收率,取得了较好的安全、经济效果。Based on large area hanging roof in air return roadway and triangle area in transportation roadway in the recovery of fully mechanized working face, hard to collapse, with serious danger, high pressure water cracking coal and rock theory was used to analyze high pressure water injection cracking top coal in fully mechanized working face ends. Based on the hanging roof in Yangcun Mine, high pressure water injection was adopted in working face ends, setting load was reduced by removing anchor bolt and anchor rope firmware, which effectively solved the problem, improved the coal recovery rate, with safe and economic effect.
