摘 要:随着矿井开采深度的增加,巷道在交叉口、贯通口、叠加处、采空区处等会出现应力集中,进而造成顶板破碎,使得巷道掘进施工中支护难度大、安全威胁大。演马庄矿东四煤柱回风巷与东四煤柱切眼贯通交叉口处顶板较破碎,空顶面积较大,若维护不及时,往往会发生顶板下沉甚至冒顶。文章介绍了在顶板破碎条件下采用的"金属骨架,人造假顶"的特殊控顶方法,对煤层巷道掘进类似条件有一定借鉴作用。With the increasingly mining depth, concentrated stress of intersection, cutthrough, overlying and goaf may cause broken roof, with difficult support and safe threat in roadway mining. Roof broke in the intersection of the eastern fourth coal column air return roadway and cutthrough of cut eye in Yanmazhuang Mine, roof subsidence and roof caving may happen in case of large area of empty roof and no timely maintenance. Special roof control of metal frame, artificial roof undue broken roof was introduced, with reference for similar coal seam mining.
