摘　　要：融资和风险管理问题是物流金融业态产生的内驱力。文中研究了物流金融业态的形成机理,分析了物流金融业态及其运营模式演进过程中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。Financing and risk management issues are the internal driving force of logistics financial formats.
