摘 要:以Bi( N0 3 )3·5 H20 为铋源,KBr为溴源,采用水热法调节不同前驱液pH值制备花状BiOBr光催化剂,并用X-射线衍射(XRD) 、扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 、红外光谱(FTIR)和紫外-可见光漫反射光谱(UV- vis)对产品进行结构表征.同时,在花状BiOBr光催化降解甘蔗糖蜜酒精废水反应中考察了催化剂用量、溶液pH值、通氧量、电子捕获剂用量及光照强度对糖蜜酒精废水脱色率的影响,并进行正交试验优化.结果表明,水热产品均属于四方晶系的BiOBr,其带隙能为2. 5 7 - 2. 65 eV.花状BiOBr能有效降解甘蔗糖蜜酒精废水中的有机物质,废水脱色率显著提高.在400 W 金属卤化物灯照射下反应180 min、添加3.0 g .L^-1 BiOBr光催化剂、通氧量为120L . h^-1(M 档)、废水pH值为0. 11、电子捕获剂KBrO3 添加量为3. 0 g .L^-1 、离液面9 cm高度条件下,花状BiOBr光催化降解经3 0 倍稀释的甘蔗糖蜜酒精废水的脱色率为98. 5%,CODCr去除率为51. 8% .四方晶系花状BiOBr晶体的可见光催化糖蜜酒精废水过程符合一级动力学反应.With Bi( NO_3)_3·5H_2O as bismuth source and KBr as bromine source,floriform photocatalyst of Bi OBr was synthesized using the hydrothermal method to adjust p H of precursor solutions and characterized using X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),fourier transform infrared spectrometer( FTIR) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy( UV-vis). Meanwhile,the floriform photocatalyst was tested in photodegrading sugarcane molasses alcohol wastewater for effects of dosage of Bi OBr,p H of the wastewater,aeration rate,dosage of KBr O_3 and intensity of illumination on decoloration rate of the wastewater. Results show that the hydrothermal products were all Bi OBrs of the tetragonal crystal system with a band gap energy being 2. 57-2. 65 e V. The floriform Bi OBr is capable of degrading effectively organic pollutants in sugarcane molasses alcohol wastewater,with a high decoloration rate. To treat 1 ∶ 30-diluted sugarcane molasses alcohol wastewater,the optimum running conditions were set as p H 0.11,Bi OBr 3. 0 g·L-1,KBr O33. 0 g·L-1,aeration rate 120 L·h-1( medium in rate),180 min illumination under a 400 W metal halide lamp,9 cm above the surface of the solution. In this case,the decoloration rate of the wastewater was 98. 5% and the CODCrremoval rate reached 51. 8%. The photocatalysis process fits the first-order kinetic reaction.
