摘　　要：主要针对自动武器数控加工的特点对NX刀具库进行二次开发,来提高工作效率。介绍了刀具结构数据库的二次开发方法,并用C#在Visual Studio中创建接口,方便以后的刀具结构参数的修改及添加;对NX刀具库的类型层次结构进行定义,添加自动武器加工刀具类型;为自动武器加工刀具创建了切削用量参数库;达到了方便数控编程的效果。This paper researches on the secondary development of NX tool library according to the characteristics of the automatic weapon's NC programming,to improve the working efficiency,introduces the method of the secondary development for the tool structure database and creates an interface in Visual Studio platform by using c#,such as to provide convenience for modifying and adding tool structure parameters. The type hierarchy of NX tool library is defined,the tool type for automatic weapons' processing is added and its cutting parameter library is created,such as to be convenient for NC programming.
