摘  要:研究并设计了针对一款平面式电感传感器的信号处理电路与解码算法。这款传感器相对于传统位置传感器具有精度高、成本低、可靠性强和适用于恶劣环境等优点,但在解调位置信号时也存在接收/发射信号耦合、载波频率高等技术难点。故提出了一种信号处理电路,可以很好地解决此问题,同时设计了一种角度跟踪算法,可获得角度/位移信息,相对于反三角函数、标定查表法和传统角度跟踪算法具有更强的抗干扰能力、更快的动态响应和更高的解码精度。仿真和实验结果证明了该解码系统的有效性和正确性。According to the characteristics of a novel planar contactless inductive position sensor,this paper designs a signal demoding circuit and a decoding algorithm. Compared with the traditional position sensors,the novel sensor has the advantages of high precision,low cost,strong reliability and application in harsh environment. However,the several technical difficulties exist in it,such as,receiving / transmitting signal coupling,high carrier frequency and so on. It designs the signal demoding circuit,which can be used to solve the problems exiting in the receiving / transmitting signal coupling,and a novel angle-tracking algorithm. Compared with the inverse trigonometric function,table look-up method and traditional angle-tracking algorithm,it has the advantages of stronger ability of anti-interference,faster dynamic response and higher decoding accuracy. Through the simulations and experiments,its effectiveness and correctness are verified.
