摘　　要：目的:针对医院在用的监护仪、输液泵、呼吸机和心电图机4类常用医疗设备常见故障产生的原因进行统计学分析,探讨产生故障的主要因素。方法:对医院医疗设备维修信息数据库进行数据挖掘,统计分析医疗设备常见故障、科室设备故障率等,并提出相应的解决方案。结果:通过数据分析,得出4类常用医疗设备故障原因、设备故障率高发科室及不同季节变化对设备故障的影响,有预见性指导医疗设备的日常维护与保养检修。结论:循证数据信息,合理运用科学的故障分析方法,有针对性的制定相关对策,提高设备使用人员、维修人员的综合能力,是保障设备正常运转的前提条件。Objective In order to support the medical equipment maintenance, we analyzed thecauses of common faults of medical equipment in the hospital. Methods： Based on maintenanceinformation data mining, we analyzed the common malfunction and failure rate of medicalequipment in departments, then put forward the solutions. Results： Through data analysis,we got the failure causes of four types of major equipment, departments with high equipmentfailure rate and the influence of different seasonal variation of equipment failure, in orderto guide the daily maintenance and maintenance of medical equipment maintenance foreseeingly. Conclusion： Thepremises of protection of the normal operation of equipment are improving comprehensive ability of the equipment useand maintenance personnel, and using all kinds of fault handling methods reasonably.
