摘　　要：目的:设计医院医疗设备采购管理信息系统,以避免医院医疗设备采购中出现采购环节脱节、设备到货慢以及采购文档管理不规范等现象。方法:基于B/S结构管理系统,开发设计医疗设备招标系统的采购中心端、评审专家端及供应商端的数据查询系统,实现采购系统的业务流程信息化。结果:系统实现了采购流程规范化、采购文档数字化以及采购绩效标准化,有效提升医疗设备采购的安全性和高效性,并为医院医疗设备管理提供支持。结论:医疗设备采购管理信息系统的设计可有效降低医疗设备的采购成本,使采购过程规范和透明,达到采购管理"公开、公正、公平"的目的。Objective In order to meet the bidding requirements of the development ofhospital, and solve a series of nonstandard problems in the process of medical equipmentpurchase, we designed easy-to-use and practical information management system of medicalinstruments. Methods： The purchasing management system uses platform of network todevelop software. The architecture is based on B/S model and back-end database is Web server.The client side application is designed and developed by PHP. It includes expert database,merchandise database and provider database, to achieve one stop service of the purchasing management and servicing.Results： The scientification and standardization of equipment purchasing management used in this system guaranteethe security and high efficiency of information. Additionally, it will provide the evidence for management people to makedecision on medical device management. Conclusion： The project is very successful on its design and the implementof the whole process management. In the meantime, it establishes the work routine, lowers costs and improves users’workload and performance, as well as the just, fair, public and competitive of purchase.
