摘　　要：目的:通过医院收费项目数据的统计分析,获得临床科室设备使用情况数据,进而实现对医疗设备配置管理的指导。方法:以呼吸机为样本,提取医院信息系统(HIS)数据库中的收费项目记录,以使用科室为单位,计算平均周使用时间、台平均使用时间和使用时间占比,根据统计结果分析制定呼吸机设备配置方案。结果:呼吸机使用数据显示,重症监护类科室的呼吸机台平均使用时间基本>100 h,非重症监护类科室的呼吸机台平均使用时间多<50 h,并由此为依据调整呼吸机的配置。结论:通过对收费项目数据的统计分析,得出医疗设备临床使用率数据,进而指导设备的配置。Objective To explore the method for calculating the equipment utilization rate,deploy equipments based on this rate. Methods： Firstly, the HIS charge item data of ventilatorwas used to obtain its usage frequency including weekly used time, weekly used time permachine and usage duty. Then, a principle of equipment deploy was made based on the usagefrequency of equipment. Results： The ventilator usage frequency indicated that the weekly usedtime per machine in departments of intensive care unit （ICU） almost was beyond 100 hours, butthat of no-ICU departments mainly was less than 50 hours. The ventilator deploy was adjustedon account of usage frequency. Conclusion： The method can be used to estimate the equipment utilization rate andconduct the equipment deploy.
