摘  要:针对当前区域水资源监控中存在的基础数据共享性差、表现力不佳以及应用单一等问题,基于三维地理信息系统Worldwind组件设计了三维可视化仿真平台,为水资源监控提供决策支持服务。提出了3D-VSP四层体系结构,采用组件式开发、三维可视化场景建模、空间地理信息集成以及三维可视化仿真等技术对3D-VSP进行开发。以陕西省为研究区域开展实例应用,基于3DVSP开发了支撑区域水资源监控的信息服务、水资源监视模拟以及严格水资源管理考核等业务应用。本文设计的3D-VSP实现了海量数据的集成,为区域水资源监控提供三维可视化仿真环境和辅助决策业务应用,具有可扩展性、较好三维表现力和人机交互等优点。Aiming at the problems including difficulty in basic data sharing, single application andpoor three-dimension expression existing in current water resources monitoring application, thepaper designs a three-dimension visualization simulation platform (3D-V S P ) based on 3DGISnamed World Wind component, to provide decision support service for water resources monitoring.The framework of the 3D-VSP is proposed, with key technologies including component development, three dimension visual modeling, integration of geographic information, and visualizationsimulation of 3D-VSP used to develop the 3D-V SP. Taking Shaanxi province as researcharea, the paper develops the business applications including information service, water resourcesmonitoring and simulation, strict water resource management and assessment on supporting thewater resources monitoring. Result shows that the 3D-VSP has the advantages of good expandabilityand three-dimension expression, which could implement integration of mass data and provide3D visualization simulation operation environment and decision support applications for regionalwater resources monitoring, indicating the advantages of better expandable, three-dimensionalvisualization and human-computer interaction.
