摘  要:以介绍第63届运动美国医学年会暨第7届运动是良医世界大会和能量平衡的基础科学世界大会的概况和主要热点为目的。以大会主报告和专题报告为思路,重点阐述了第63届ACSM年会主报告"青少年体质健康"和基础科学专题报告"能量平衡"。青少年体质健康的主报告指出了面对儿童青少年静坐少动行为增加、身体活动不足的现状,研究者提出了多种干预方式,包括建立"全方位身体活动模型",制定相关运动处方和公共政策,从学校、家庭和社区参与等多方面促进身体活动。能量平衡的基础科学专题集中在讨论能量平衡的生物和生理学机制,强调可以调节能量摄取和能量消耗的因素,以及这些因素与慢性疾病的关系。这些研究成果为更深入研究儿童青少年体力活动促进提供了新的思路,也为我国儿童青少年体力活动促进提供了参考。The purpose of this study was to introduce the research hotspots of the ACSM 63 rd Annual Meeting and the 7th World Conference on Exercise Is Medicine and the World Conference of Basic Science of Energy Balance.Based on main report and special reports,this paper mainly described the main report of the ACSM 63 rd Annual Meeting and the special reports of the World Conference of Basic Science of Energy Balance. The main report of physical activity and physical fitness in children and adolescents pointed out that researchers suggested many interventions on the physical inactivity of children and adolescents,such as establishing comprehensive school physical activity model,developing related exercise prescription and public policies,to promote physical activity from school,family and community. The special reports of energy balance discussed the biological and physiological mechanism of energy balance,emphasized the factors that regulating energy intake and energy expenditure,and the relationships between these factors and chronic diseases. The information provided new ideas for deep studying on the physical activity promotion of children and adolescents,and also provided reference for physical activity promotion of children and adolescents in China.
