摘 要:为了使楚雄州现有大量野生紫胶寄主植物资源得以充分利用,2014年2月至2015年12月开展了楚雄州红河水系干热河谷紫胶寄主树更新改造及紫胶虫放养试验。由于紫胶虫只能吸取寄主植物新生枝条的汁液,为了使寄主植物萌发出新枝条以放养紫胶虫,需要对现有混交林内的紫胶寄主植物进行截干。截干过高,则放养紫胶虫较困难;截干过低,则截干后的紫胶寄主植物在林内得不到适当光照而不能萌发出新枝条导致死亡。试验设计了3个截干高度、3个截干树种、4个观测指标,探索不同紫胶寄主树种、不同截干高度对紫胶寄主树造成的截干死亡率、截干萌发新枝生长量、截干更新后放养紫胶虫产胶量的影响程度。In order to make full use of a large number of wild existing Lac host plant resources, the study carry out the experiments of Lac host tree upgrading and Lac wild breeding from Feb 2014 to Dec 2015. Because of the Lac insect can only host plant new branches of fluids, in order to let the host plant germi- nation herding of Lae insect, the existing new branches of Lac host plants need to be cut in mixed forest; but if cut too high, Herding of Lac insect will be difficult, cut too low, the cut host plants in the forest will get proper illumination without germinating new branches and resulting in death. So 3 cut stem height, 3 cut stem tree species and 4 observation indexes are designed for exploring the mortality rates, germination increment, resin production yield of herding of Lac insect in different Lac host tree species and different sectional height.
