摘  要:基于阴、阳两极阻锈剂阻锈机理,对市售常用阻锈剂阻锈效果及其混凝土性能进行试验研究,得到阻锈效果和混凝土性能良好的阴阳两极复合型钢筋阻锈剂.研究结果表明:在多种阴阳极型阻锈剂中单掺苯并三唑和亚硝酸钠的阻锈效果最为明显,当苯并三唑与亚硝酸钠的质量配比为1:1时具有良好的阻锈及协同效应,且提高了混凝土密实度.The anodic-cathodic composite corrosion inhibitor with great inhibiting effect has been compounded in experimental research on the effectiveness of the commonly-used corrosion inhibitors, which is based on the corrosion inhibiting mechanisms of anodic and cathodic corrosion inhibitors. The results show that the effectiveness of 1H-Benzotriazole is the best among all of anodic corrosion inhibitors, and sodium nitrite is the best among cathodic corrosion inhibitors. In the case that the mass ratio of 1H-Benzotriazole over sodium nitrite is 1:1, the new composite corrosion inhibitor has great inhibiting and synergistic effect, and the concrete density is also increased.
