基于异地保育对吉林省东部山区木生真菌调查

摘　　要：对吉林省东部山区的木生及食、药用和有毒的的经济真菌进行调查,并对部分新鲜子实体进行组织分离。共采集大型经济真菌246份,经鉴定146种,隶属于2门5纲13目34科90属,成功分离、保藏菌株44种75份。文中记述了大型真菌名录与异名、生境、经济用途、采集地、国内分布、标本号等信息。凭证标本保存于吉林农业大学菌物标本馆(HMJAU),供试菌株保藏于吉林农业大学菌种保藏中心(CCMJ)。This paper is involved in an investigation on wood-rotting and economical fungi which is edible and medicinal and toxic in the region of Changbai Mountain, and is isolated from the living tissues from the fresh specimen. All 246 specimens collected in this area representing 146 species attach to 2 phyla, 5 classes and 13 orders 34 families, 90 genera, and successfully isolated and preserved 75 samples belong to 44 species. This article records and narrates the catalog and synonym, and the informations of the habitation and the economical use and the collection sites and the distribution and the No. of Specimen of macrofungi. All voucher specimens were preserved in the Herbarium of Mycology of Jilin Agricultural University （ HMJAU）, and all tested strains were conserved in Culture Collection of Mycological Center of Jilin Agricultural University.
