摘  要:研究煅烧高岭土(国产普通煅烧高岭土PBK1250、进口普通煅烧高岭土Iceberg和氨基硅烷偶联剂改性陶土Burgess2211)在药用溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)瓶塞胶料中的应用。结果表明:采用普通煅烧高岭土PBK1250的胶料与采用普通煅烧高岭土Iceberg的胶料硫化特性相当;采用改性陶土Burgess2211的胶料硫化速度较快,硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度较高,拉断永久变形较小,采用普通煅烧高岭土Iceberg的胶料的拉断永久变形较大;采用普通煅烧高岭土Iceberg的药用BIIR瓶塞耐萃取性较好,采用普通煅烧高岭土PBK1250的药用BIIR瓶塞与药品的高温相容性略高。The application of calcined kaolin fillers(domestic kaolin PBK1250,imported kaolin Iceberg and amino silane coupling agent modified kaolin Burgess2211) in bromobutyl rubber(BIIR) compound of the pharmaceutical bottle closure was studied.The curing characteristics of the compound with kaolin Iceberg were similar to that with kaolin PBK1250.The curing rate of the compound with kaolin Burgess2211 was fast,the hardness,tensile modulus and tear strength of the vulcanized rubber were high,and the permanent tensile set was small,but the permanent tensile set of compound with kaolin Iceberg was larger.It was found that the extraction resistance of the finished pharmaceutical bottle closure with kaolin Iceberg was better and the high temperature compatibility between medicine and the finished pharmaceutical bottle closure with kaolin PBK1250 was slightly better.
