摘  要:目的研究放射性脑损伤不同时期的磁共振灌注成像(MRP)及病理学表现,探讨相对脑血容量(rCBV)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达之间的相关性。方法将30只成年大鼠随机分为对照组(5只)和照射组(25只)。对照组不行照射,照射组分别于照射后1、3、6、9、12个月行MRP检查,测定rCBV、平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰时间(TTP)及VEGF表达,并进行比较。结果照射组照射后3、6、9、12个月rCBV、MTT、TTP及VEGF表达与对照组比较,差异有显著性(F=6.34~77.56,P〈0.05);rCBV与VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.94,P〈0.05)。结论 MRP可以反映放射性损伤的病理改变,VEGF表达降低在放射性脑损伤的发病机制中发挥着关键作用。Objective To study the magnetic resonance perfusion weighted imaging(MRPWI)and pathology in different-stage radiation brain injury and explore the correlation between relative cerebral blood volume(rCBV)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF). Methods Thirty adult rats were divided into control group(n=5)and radiation group(n=25)in random.The rats in the control group received no radiation,and those in the radiation group received MRPWI-1,3,6,9and 12 months after radiation.The rCBV,mean transit time(MTT),time to peak(TTP)and VEGF expression were detected and compared.Results Compared with control group,the differences in rCBV,MTT,TTP and VEGF expression,1,3,6,9,and 12 months after radiation,were significant(F=6.34-77.56,P〈0.05).The rCBV was positively correlated with the VEGF(r=0.94,P〈0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance perfusion weighted imaging can reflect the pathological changes of radiation damage.Decrease of VEGF expression plays a key role in pathogenesis of radiation brain injury.
