摘　　要：文章分析了大型水冷发电机转子绕组的焊接方式及其存在的问题,研究了焊接结构对接头性能的影响,提出了质量更高的感应焊接方式,并通过一系列的试验验证了它的可行性。Welding methods on the rotor windings and their problems in the large-size water-cooled generators were analyzed as well as the joint characteristic influenced by the welding construction were studied,and then,the induction welding method with higher quality was put forward.Finally,its feasibility was verified through a serious of testing results.
