摘　　要：针对传统的中型电机定子和转子装配采用吊车和非标工装由多人配合装配、装配质量差和费时费力等问题,设计了一条电机总装生产线。改空中运输为地面运输,减少作业过程中吊车运用次数,降低了劳动强度,提高了运输的安全可靠性,极大地提高了装配效率,节省了人力。Against the problem that lifts,non-standard tools and multi-person laboring in the traditional stator and rotor assembly of the medium-size motor,thus,resulting in poor assembling quality,time-consumming and heavier physical labor,a production line for the motor assembly was designed,in which transportation in air was changed into moving on the ground,application times of the lift was decreased,laboring intensity was reduced,transportation safety and reliability were improved,assembly efficiency was increased a great deal and physical labor was saved.
