摘　　要："国际工会基金"由联共(布)于1950年发起设立,社会主义阵营国家的执政党共同参与。苏联共产党是该基金的主要出资政党。1950-1961年中国共产党是该基金的第二大出资政党。1961年以来,第三世界国家的受援政党数量大幅增加,但其受援金额远低于西欧的受援政党。该基金的出资政党随着他们与苏共关系的调整而有所变化:1962年起中共停止出资;1977年起罗共停止出资;1980年起波兰统一工人党停止出资;1987年起匈牙利社会主义工人党停止出资;1988年、1989年德国统一社会党、捷克斯洛伐克共产党和保加利亚共产党相继停止出资;1989年起苏共独撑该基金。这种局面从一个侧面映射出当时国际力量对比状况和社会主义阵营内部国家关系变化情况。Full name of International union fund was the International union fund of Romania's union committee aid workers left organization.The fund was established by the communist party of the Soviet Union(Bolsheviks)in1950,theruling party of socialist camp country'smutually participate.Communist party of the Soviet Union was the main investment party of the fund.From 1950 to 1961,Communist party of China was the second largest investment party.This article briefly introduced the revenue and expenditure of the fund during 1950-1980.
