摘 要:目的研究一种维修、改造老旧建筑物处理方法.方法运用层次分析法对老旧建筑物进行分析.首先构建层次分析法模型,模型包括目标层、指标层.其中指标层为老旧建筑物的影响因素,分为准则层与子准则层,准则层含有4个因素,子准则层含有15个因素.其次对模型进行计算后,将影响到老旧建筑物的各个因素进行重要性排序,将各个处理方案对老旧建筑物的影响进行量化.结果计算结果得出准则层中最重要的因素为结构因素,权重为56.11%.子准则层中最重要的因素为抗震构造和沉降程度,这两项的权重分别为26.67%与17.71%,方案层中维修是对建筑物整体影响最小的.结论层次分析法可以对老旧建筑物进行分析,并为选择老旧建筑物处理方式上提供了科学的参考依据.This paper was proposed to develop a scientific and systematic approach to select an old building renovation mode from maintenance, reconstruction and demolition. The analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the old building. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy process model was built, including target layer and index layer. The index layer was the influence factor of the old buildings, and was divided into the criterion layer and the sub standard layer, the criterion layer contains 4 factors, and the sub-rule layer contains 15 factors. Then, the calculation of the model will influence the various factors of the old buildings to sort the importance of each processing pro- gram to quantify the impact of the old buildings. The calculation results showed that the most im- portant factors in the criterion layer were the structural factors, the weight was 56. 11%, the most important factors in the sub criterion layer were seismic structure and settlement, and the weights of these two items were 26.67% and 17.71%, respectively, the maintenance of the project layer was the smallest of the overall impact of the building. Analytic hierarchy process can be used for the a- nalysis of old buildings, and provides a scientific reference for the selection of old buildings.
