摘  要:目的分析风荷载作用下,在建筑物不同高度处脚手架大横杆的风载作用效应,研究大横杆受力变化规律,为超高层建筑施工扣件式脚手架安全合理设计提供依据,为《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》(JGJ130—2011)的补充修订提供参考.方法考虑风振影响下的脚手架风荷载计算,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对整个架体进行风载作用下受力计算,节点采用接近实际的半刚性连接计算模型.分析对比建筑施工过程中脚手架在不同高度处大横杆的受力特点.结果从有限元的计算结果得到了各连接点处大横杆的应力分布云图,并分析得出大横杆的内力的变化规律.随着脚手架所处建筑物位置的增高,高度由50 m到500 m时,各处大横杆应力值的逐渐增大.结论节点上带有连墙件大横杆的应力明显要比在同一高度处节点不带有连墙件大横杆的应力值大,并给出大横杆随其所处高度变化的内力变化曲线规律.Analysis of different heights under wind load, the longitudinal horizontal tube of scaffol- ding of wind load effect, study main rail stress change rule, for high-rise building construction fas- tener scaffold safety provides the basis for the reasonable design, to regulate 'The construction fas- tener type steel pipe scaffold safety technical specifications'(JGJ130--2011 )to offer reference to the supplementary revision. Considering wind vibration coefficient under different heights of scaf- folding, wind loads using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the calculation model of the semi-rigid connection nodes use close to the actual, force analysis, on the whole frame body for comparative analysis of different height building scaffold in the construction process under different wind loads and different loading characteristics of the ledger. From finite element calculation re- suits of the connection point of longitudinal horizontal tube stress distribution contour plot, analysis and draw rod internal force variation. With the scaffolding of the position of the building increased height from 50 m to 500 m, everywhere longitudinal horizontal tube stress value increases gradual- ly. Nodes with even wall pieces rod stress significantly than in the same height, nodes with even wall pieces rod stress value, and gives longitudinal horizontal tube with the height of the internal force variation curve.
