摘 要:目的研究不同钡矿物对制备无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物的影响,为工业生产含钡硫铝酸盐水泥提供理论依据.方法分别采用毒重石和重晶石为含钡原材料,在1 400℃保温180 min的烧成制度下烧成硫铝酸钡钙矿物(2Ca O·Ba O·Ca SO4),使用X射线粉末衍射法对烧成熟料进行测试,并使用TOPAS软件进行定量分析.结果在全谱拟合过程中,使用毒重石制备无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物的Rw p的值为7.71%,使用重晶石制备无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物的Rw p值为12.64%,使用毒重石烧成的熟料中无明显杂质相,使用重晶石烧成的熟料中出现了11.22%的铝酸钡.结论使用毒重石制备的无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物比使用重晶石制备的矿物更为纯净.In order to provide theory basis for the production of Ba-bearing sulphoaluminate ce- ment, effect of using different barium containing mineral on synthesis of barium calcium sulfoalu- minate mineral was studied. Witherite and barite were respectively used to synthesize barium calci- um sulfoaluminate mineral(chemical formula :2CaO · BaO ·CaSO4 )in condition of 1 400℃ for 2 h,X-ray powder diffraction was used to test the clinkers, and quantitative phases analysis was carried out by TOPAS software. The result for total pattern analysis, Rwp value of using witherite was 7.71% and Rwp value of using barite was 12.64% ,there is no obvious intermediate phase for using witherite,but for using barite there was 11.22% barium aluminate. Clinker synthesized by using witherite is more pure than using barite.
