摘　　要：目的:评价α-细辛脑注射液辅助治疗对哮喘患儿血清中COX-2、IL-8、IgE水平的影响及其临床疗效。方法:选取我院哮喘患儿96例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各48例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,实验组在此基础上加用α-细辛脑注射液,观察患儿的临床症状并测量血清中COX-2、IL-8、Ig E含量的变化情况。结果:实验组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2=5.352,P=0.0207);实验组喘息、呼吸困难、胸闷、咳嗽及哮鸣音等临床症状的消失时间明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后血清COX-2、IL-8及Ig E因子含量显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-细辛脑注射液辅助治疗哮喘的疗效显著,能够降低患儿血清COX-2、IL-8及Ig E水平。Objective： To evaluate the influence and clinical effect of α-asarone injection on the serum levels of IL-8, COX-2 and Ig E in children with asthma. Methods： 96 cases with asthma who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional method, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with the α-asarone injection besides of the conventional treatment. Then the changes of COX-2, IL-8 and Ig E levels in serum and the clinical effects were Observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results： The effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（2=5.352, P=0.0207）; The disappeared time of wheezing, breathing hard, chest tightness, coughing and other clinical symptoms in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;In the experimental group, the levels of serum COX-2, IL-8 and Ig E were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of α-asarone injection on the adjuvant treatment of asthma in children was significant, which can reduce the serum levels of COX-2, IL-8 and Ig E.
