“一带一路”战略下贵州省企业数据产业化转型路径探析

摘　　要：随着"一带一路"战略规划的实施以及贵州"县县通高速"目标的实现,贵州企业将随外来大型企业的涌入而日益失去竞争优势。升级转型成为贵州企业求生存谋发展的重要途径,发展数据产业是贵州企业实现后发赶超、提速转型的理性选择。贵州企业数据产业化转型的路径应分阶段推进,在此过程中对于企业是否向数据产业化转型、企业向某商品数据行业发展、企业在化转型过程中原商品生产领域的损益、企业数据挖掘成本均应由市场决定;而企业数据产业化转型的项目审批则应由政府和市场共同作用。With the implementation of The ＂Belt and Road＂ strategic planning, and the achievement of ＂every Guizhou＇ s county has expressways＂, Guizhou＇ s enterprises will lose the competitive advantage, with the increasing influx of foreign large enterprises. Transformation and upgrading has become an important way for Guizhou＇ s enterprises to survive and develop. The development of data industry is a rational choice of late starting but catch-up, and speeding up and transforming. The transformation path of the in- dustrialization of Guizhou＇ s enterprise data should be phased in, and the government and market must correctly handle the alloca- tion of resources. Whether the industrialization of enterprise data will be transformed, whether the enterprise will switch to a com- modity data inndustry, in the transformation whether the enterprise gains and loses in the original commodity area, and how much is the enterprises＇ s data mining costs, are all determined by the market. The project approval for industrialization transformation of Enterprise data should be decided by the government and the market.
