长三角产业发展存在问题与策略选择

摘　　要：长三角地区作为我国开放最前沿、经济最发达的地区之一,经济发展进入提质增效的新阶段,客观上要求产业发展寻求新的升级动力,但是长三角产业发展依然存在产业结构同质同构、制造业专业化系数偏低和重型化比重大等问题,从而制约着长三角产业的优质发展。未来应创新推进长三角产业规制供给侧的体制机制改革,切实发挥长三角优势产业的基础性作用;科学构建长三角现代产业体系,促进长三角产业的优质快速"均衡"发展。The Yangtze River Delta region, as one of the areas of China＇s opening to the outside world and the most cutting-edge, de- veloped into a new stage of improving quality and efficiency, having the objective requirements of seeking a new impetus to upgrade the industry. But there still exist some problems in the industrial development of the Yangtze River delta, such as industrial struc- ture＇ s homogeneity isomorphism, low manufacturing industry＇ s specialization coefficient, and a bigger ratio of heavy-industrializa- tion, thus restricting the development quality of Yangtze River delta industry. In the future, we should promote the innovation of in- stitutional reform of the Yangtze River delta industry regulation of the supply side, give a full play to the basic role of competitive industry in the Yangtze River Delta, establish scientific system of modern industry in Yangtze River Delta, and promote the Yangtze River delta industry＇ s rapid, high-quality and balanced development.
