摘　　要：现代社会中大量人群不断地涌入城市中去生活,为满足人们的居住需求,城市就不得不启动大量的高楼建设项目。而高层楼房的布局设计好坏是影响楼房质量和人们生活质量和安全的重要因素,本文运用TRIZ创新理论,分析了现代高层楼房所遇到的种种技术问题,从中提取技术矛盾,利用相应的创新原理,得到一些改善目前高层楼房布局设计的可行方案。In the modern society, a large number of people have constantly poured into cities to live in. To satisfy the living needs, people will have to launch a large number of high - rise building projects. The quality of the high -rise building design is a very important factor which influences on the quality of buildings and people＇ s lives and safety. In this paper, by using TRIZ innovative theory, various technical problems that we have encountered about modern high - rise buildings are analyzed, and technology contradictories are them. By using the corresponding innovation principles, some feasible schemes are obtained building layout of high - rises extracted from to improve
